Customer Support

How do I login

Head over to https://sds.stengg.com/CustomerPortal to access the various portals including the Customer Portal.

I forgot my password, can you reset it?

You can contact CXHub with 66727591 to reset the user’s password, and the agent will walk you through the process to reset your account password.

How do I create an account?

You can request for an account by contacting your engineering team's lead. The team lead will contact CXHub to register an account once approved.

How can I change my password?

Navigate to the top tool bar and click on your name. Select the “My Account” option. You will be directed to the SDS2.0 Account Console Portal, where you can change your password.

How do I set up OTP?

Upon first login, you will be prompted with instructions to set up your OTP. Ensure that you have either a Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator application on your personal mobile device before following the instructions to set up your OTP device.

Can you help to create a Service Request?

CXHub will not be able to raise Service Requests for callers. You can raise a Service Request at the Customer Portal

Check that the tablet has access to the internet (either mobile data or Wi-Fi).

I am having difficulties navigating or proceeding with the task in the application, what should I do?

You can access the User Guides to view the application navigation guide, after you have logged into the Landing Page. Alternatively, you can log a case with the CX Hub Agent with 66727591, the agent will walk you through the process to resolve your issue.

I forgot my device screen lock password or I have been locked out of my device after multiple attempts, who should I contact?

Please log a case with the CXHub Agent with 66727591, the agent will need to schedule the backend engineer to reset the tablet.

How do I assign a engineer / technician to a task?

Log into the Manager Portal to access the service requests raised by your customer. In the 'Requests' page, you can assign the task under the tasks tab.

How do I register a new serial number of an existing equipment into my system?

A serial number can be registered for an existing equipment by the customer through the Customer Portal when a Service Request is raised.

How do I register a new equipment into my system?

Please log a Change Request with the CXHub Agent with the details of the new equipment to be registered.
